This fruit platter was created using the extra fruit from the Superbowl fruit display. I used decorative glass beads to keep the skewers in place. Included in this display are grapes, cantaloupe, pineapple, watermelon, and some stuffed strawberries (filled with a lemon infused cream).
Tip: Don't let leftovers go to waste - think of a creative way to use them yourself or to share them with others!
